咁究竟Metrotown附近好唔好住呢？我喺網上面見到有個facebook post友提到我將佢哋嘅重點summarize:

- 是方便，但我唔會住Metrotown 附近。。。我比較喜歡與西方人多的地方做隣居，例如Coquitlam or Port Coquitlam.
- 好方便！又有Crystal Mall响對面，方便買餸！Metrotown 又係大Mall，多嘢行。交通又方便，有skytrain，巴士總站！要落Vancouver或Richmond 都唔係遠。
- Metrotown 似沙田新城市廣場，Oakridge 似Yoho town.
- North Burnaby 雖然沒有 Metrotown 方便，但貪 Hastings 近 Wellington一帶，寧靜，有小鎮風格。而 Hastings 好多餐館，你想食乜都有，而星期日更是好寧靜，夜晚沒有太多人。唯一是沒有 Skytrain，不過，坐 10 分鐘 130 到 Brentwood已有 (Metrotown 要 20 分鐘左右)，而且巴士密度比香港 的 87D 仲密，不用查巴士時間表，走一班最多等 15 分鐘。
- 商場好好行，黎緊好多地方都想copy Metrotown模式發展
- 交通方便，是本拿比的中心地段
- 超方便 - 沒有車也可以
- Metrotown is planning to be the second Vancouver downtown. It has Hugh growth potential in future if you buy a property there.
