其實如果你通常性住喺外國(唔係加拿大), 同你冇residential ties, 你已經可能是非居民。

Residential ties in Canada includes:

• A home （有屋企）
• A spouse or common-in-law partner (配偶）
• Dependents 
• Personal property (such as car) 
• Memberships in recreational or organization （會籍）
• Bank accounts or credit cards  （戶口/信用卡）
• Driver license (車牌）
• Health Insurance
